A SUPPORT GROUP FOR SINGLE PARENTS
Parenting is one of the toughest jobs in the world. You don’t have to do it alone.
This support group is for parents to discuss the challenges of single parenting in a non-judgmental and
confidential setting. This group is broken into three themes:
- Improving your communication skills
- Making Self-care your normality
- Parenting Skills
Tuesdays 6:00-7:30pm
February 13 – April 30, 12 weeks
