Parenting can be hard but we don’t have to do it alone! This group is for Black Identified Mother’s, designed to help prevent depression that can come from being a new mother and build tools to manage challenges that can affect a mother’s ability to connect with her baby the way she desires. This is a safe space for Black Mother’s to learn techniques to manage stress while supporting each other and sharing experiences.
This will be e closed group facilitated by Juanita 415-632-1768 and Frea 925-335-6407
